Concrete tool #1 didn't need much prep work. I just scraped off the dried up concrete chunks, then washed it off with soap and water.
Before: These two aren't that messy compared to some of the others I've had to deal with.
These chippy old brackets are the perfect size for holding business cards.
It needed a little something extra above the brackets, so I added a tarnished silver shoe clip and part of a vintage rhinestone earring.

I sprayed the rusty old 5" tart tin with two coats of Rust-Oleum chalkboard paint, then glued it to the wood with E6000. So easy to personalize when it finds a new home!
Concrete tool #2 was transformed into a junky parts HOME sign. I gave it a light coat of paint, then dressed it up with some old drawer handles, typewriter parts, and a star-shaped cookie cutter.
Both of these are packed up and ready to go to the Mes Amis Vintage Antique Show today and tomorrow. We'll be setting up all day long, then the real fun begins when the doors open at 6 pm tonight. I'll be posting pictures during the show on Instagram.....I hope you can follow along.
